Often with international shipments, shipping costs are quite high. For these reasons, we do have additional restraints in place for all international orders. Thank you for your understanding! Firstly - if incorrect or damaged items are received - we may opt to refund your purchase price, along with some or all shipping fees - instead of shipping a replacement item - at our discretion. This will often be determined by the cost of the item, as well as the shipping costs involved in replacement.
All returns must be pre-authorized by animalEO and Crow River Animal Hospital. Please include a copy of the original invoice with any return. E-mail us at CrowRiverAnimalHospital@gmail.com to obtain return authorization. Any products that were received from animalEO in a damaged or defective state must be reported within 10 days of receipt. animalEO will replace a product that was received damaged or defective and reported within 10 days with an exact product replacement only (please see certain exemptions for international shipping where we may just issue a refund). Damaged products may be requested to be returned to animalEO and Crow River Animal Hospital - and in these cases animalEO will issue a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the well-packaged items.
Items in new, un-used, and un-opened condition may be returned to animalEO and Crow River Animal Hospital within 30 days of purchase for a refund. This refund will be issued as a refund through PayPal minus a 10% re-stocking fee. Samples are not eligible for return. No refunds will be issued for any outdated, used, or damaged items (except for items that were received damaged and reported within 10 days of receipt). No refunds will be issued for shipping charges, and you will be responsible for all shipping charges to return the item in good condition. We suggest using shipping methods that can be tracked and insured. animalEO is not responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged during return, and all items must be received in new condition.
Important information for Canadian Orders: First up - it's important to note that our Canadian orders consist of a very small percent of our total orders. So sometimes, things that seem more complicated, end up easier in the long run, in terms of work load. So we thank you for your understanding in working with us on the best way to get items shipped to you - with the most cost effective means.
For 2018 - we will have you order from the USA Bright Friday Sales Page. If you have any other items you would like to order - from NON-SALES pages - please do so from the CANADA ORDERING PAGE. Then we will contact you with shipping information.
Customs can be fussy at times. We usually do not have many issues - however with massive amounts of holiday shipping - we don't know what to expect always. Free items within the shipment - can run into problems with documentation - as well as really large orders. We may need to contact you for additional shipping funds - or may be able to refund some of your shipping fees. Unfortunately - there is no easy way around it - other than to see what size box we can ship in - then contact you! We ask that you will allow us extra time to prepare your order - and watch for any pertinent emails so that we can discuss your order, and get it shipped to you ASAP!
Most smaller shipments can be shipped in a Small Flat Rate Priority Mail Box for $25 USD. Larger orders will require a Medium ($45.95) or Large ($59.95) Flat Rate Box. Please Note - if you have a very large order, you are likely to require the Medium or Large Box! No items will be shipped until we can coordinate final shipping fees with you - and additional fees are paid and collected.
We CAN refund your order for you - if you decide you do not want to ship it!
